2. Draft Approach: structure the path forward

If there’s strong alignment, All Aligned prepares a 2–3 pager reflecting the conversation and outlining the definition of project success, key deliverables, and proposed approach.

3. Refine Together: pressure-test & align on the work

The Draft Approach is shared as a working document that you can review, comment, and make edits directly. This is often the stage where other team members join the conversation.

4. Make It Official: commit to the scope

Once scope, pricing, and timelines are aligned, we formalize the agreement and move through any required procurement steps.

5. Project Kickoff: we begin!

All Aligned hosts a kickoff meeting to confirm project goals, milestones, governance, and ways of working. Your team will be responsible for identifying the relevant stakeholders to participate.
